Philosophy & Scope
Welcome to the Empathic Psychologist blog — a free resource for parents, carers and professionals supporting children and young people across Cyprus and beyond.
Every article on this blog is grounded in current psychological research and clinical evidence, translated into practical, accessible guidance that parents can actually use. Whether you are trying to understand your child's anxiety, make sense of an ADHD diagnosis, navigate school refusal or simply learn more about how children develop emotionally — you will find evidence-based answers here, written with warmth and without jargon.
This blog reflects the same values that guide our clinical work in Limassol: that empathy, knowledge and early action change children's lives.
