Adult Therapy Programme

This 12-session therapy programme is designed to support you in working through challenges and building the skills you need for lasting wellbeing. Together, we'll create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace.

  • Find support in coping with disability, illness, bereavement/ loss of a loved one or other significant life changes.

  • Reduce overwhelming feelings and regain a sense of control in your daily life

  • Learn to express your needs clearly and build healthier, more fulfilling connections with others.

  • Work through traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Build practical strategies to manage low mood and strengthen your emotional resilience.

  • Strengthen your sense of self-worth and develop a more positive relationship with yourself.

  • Explore opportunities for meaningful personal development and long-term wellbeing.
