Play, Empathy & Integrative Psychology

Our integrative, child-centred approach tackles key issues like anxiety, behavioural difficulties, trauma, and family dynamics while delivering measurable improvements in mental health and wellbeing.

This empathy-driven psychotherapy approach draws on the latest research in Child Psychology, Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology, backed by over 12 years of clinical experience. We believe play is children's natural language and view empathy as the cornerstone of effective therapy.

With personalised treatment plans, collaborative family involvement, and regular progress monitoring, we guide children and families in developing healthy coping strategies and building stronger emotional foundations that help them thrive in daily life.
